Floricultura S.A. Visits Taiwan to Strengthen Orchid Industry Cooperation
Ms. Teresita Vaesken, Managing Director of Floricultura S.A., recently visited Taiwan as part of the Paraguayan delegation accompanying the President of Paraguay during his official visit. The delegation included more than 50 directors and business leaders seeking to strengthen commercial and technological cooperation between Paraguay and Taiwan.
This visit marks another milestone in the long-standing relationship between Floricultura S.A. and WOTAI. Previously, WOTAI assisted Floricultura by providing interpretation and transportation services when the company sent its staff to Taiwan for a one-month training program at TAISUCO, where they learned advanced orchid cultivation techniques and production methods.

During this visit, Ms. Vaesken had the opportunity to meet with the CEO of TAISUCO's Orchid Division to discuss future cooperation and upcoming orders.
The visit also included a tour of SYMON, one of Taiwan's leading orchid producers, where Floricultura explored advanced automation systems, cultivation technologies, and vertical farming concepts that could potentially be implemented in Paraguay in the future.
Throughout the visit, TAIWO provided interpretation, coordination, and business advisory services, helping to build stronger connections between Floricultura S.A. and Taiwan's orchid industry. By facilitating communication and cooperation, WOTAI continues to serve as a bridge between Paraguayan and Taiwanese businesses, creating new opportunities for technology transfer, business development, and long-term partnerships.
